Schema Markup Generator
Create valid JSON-LD structured data in seconds. This free schema markup generator builds Organization, Local Business, FAQ, Article, and Product markup — fill in the fields, copy the code, and paste it into your page so Google can understand your content and show richer search results.
💡 Paste the code inside your page's <head> (or anywhere in the body — Google accepts both). Then test it with Google's own Rich Results Test. Structured data helps Google understand your page, but it never guarantees a rich result will be shown.

What schema markup actually does
Search engines read your page as text. Structured data adds a machine-readable layer that says, in plain terms, "this is a local business, this is its address, these are its opening hours" or "this is an FAQ, and here are the questions". Google uses that to understand the page with more confidence, and sometimes to display a richer result — star ratings, FAQ drop-downs, product prices, breadcrumbs, or a business panel.
JSON-LD is the format Google recommends, and it is what this structured data generator produces. It sits in a single <script> tag, separate from your visible content, so it can't break your layout. Be honest in it: the markup must describe what is genuinely on the page. Marking up reviews you don't have, or FAQs that aren't visible to visitors, is a policy violation that can cost you rich results entirely.

Which schema type should you use?
Most business websites start with two: Organization on the home page (your brand, logo, and social profiles), and Local Business if customers can visit you or you serve a specific area — that one pairs directly with your Google Business Profile and is a core part of local SEO. Add FAQ markup on service pages that genuinely answer common questions, Article on blog posts, and Product on shop pages built with ecommerce development.
Structured data is one half of how you appear in search; the words are the other half. Check how your title and description will look with our SERP preview tool, make sure crawlers can reach the page using the robots.txt generator, and keep the copy natural with our keyword density checker. If you'd rather hand it over, our copywriting service and WordPress support team install and test schema across the whole site.

Schema markup generator — FAQs
Where do I paste the JSON-LD code?
Inside the <head> of the page it describes. On WordPress you can use your theme's header, a code-snippets plugin, or an SEO plugin's custom-code box. One schema block per page type is enough.
Will schema markup improve my rankings?
Not directly. It helps Google understand the page and can earn a richer-looking result, which usually lifts click-through. Better clicks are the real benefit, not a ranking boost by itself.
Does FAQ schema still show in Google results?
Google has reduced how often FAQ rich results appear, and mostly shows them for well-known authoritative sites now. The markup still helps Google understand your page, but treat visible rich results as a bonus, not a certainty.
How do I check my markup is valid?
Use Google's Rich Results Test and the Schema.org validator. Both are free — paste the URL or the code and they list any errors.
Can you add schema to my whole website?
Yes. We implement and test structured data across service pages, blog posts, and product pages as part of WordPress support and local SEO.
Want structured data done properly, site-wide?
We add and validate schema across every page that deserves it — no guesswork, no fake markup.
