For monthly plans, payment is made in advance at the start of each month. For one-time projects, we typically take 50% to begin and 50% on completion. We share payment details after your project scope is confirmed.
No. We tell you the total cost before starting work. If something comes up during the project that changes the scope, we discuss it with you first before proceeding.
Yes. You can change your plan at the start of the next billing month. Just let us know 7 days before your renewal date.
You can cancel with 7 days' notice before your next billing date. There's no cancellation fee for monthly plans that have already paid for the current month.
Custom digital work is not generally refundable once started, as we invest time and resources into each project. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
