People assume the difference is page count. It usually is not.
The ₹6,999 starter covers the core pages a business actually needs — who you are, what you do, how to reach you — built properly and fast. For a local shop, a consultant or a clinic, this is frequently the whole answer and nothing more is needed.
You move up when the site has to do something rather than explain something — a booking flow, a members area, a catalogue with search, several service lines that each need their own page and their own keyword. That is the ₹9,999 standard scope on our website development services page. ₹19,999 is corporate territory: leadership pages, multiple service lines, careers, the things an established company needs.
