Website Maintenance Services for Small Businesses in India
Websites don't run on autopilot. Plugins become outdated, forms stop delivering emails, page speeds drop, and security gaps open up — often without you noticing until something actually breaks. WebMaintor handles your website's technical health every month so you can focus on running your business.
What Is Website Maintenance — and Why Does It Matter?
Website maintenance is the regular, ongoing work that keeps your WordPress website running properly, securely, and at an acceptable speed. It's not a one-time task you do at launch.
WordPress releases core updates regularly, and plugin developers push updates too — sometimes for new features, but often to patch security vulnerabilities. If you skip these updates for months, your website becomes a target for hackers and far more likely to break when you finally do update everything at once.
Maintenance also means checking that your contact forms are actually sending enquiries, that your checkout is working if you run a WooCommerce store, that your website loads at a reasonable speed on mobile, and that there are no SSL warnings or broken links putting visitors off.
Most small business owners don't have the time or technical background to do this consistently. That's where a maintenance plan helps — we handle the technical layer every month so it doesn't pile up into a crisis.

What We Cover Every Month
Here is exactly what happens on your website every billing month under a WebMaintor maintenance plan.
WordPress Updates
Core, plugins, and theme updates — with a full backup taken first and the website tested after.
Secure Backups
Weekly on Basic, daily on Business and Growth plans. Stored in a secure off-site location.
Uptime Monitoring
We are notified the moment your website goes down. You won't hear about it from a customer first.
Form & Link Testing
Contact forms, WhatsApp buttons, and key page links tested to confirm they are all working.
Speed Health Check
Monthly Google PageSpeed review. If scores drop significantly, we investigate the cause.
Business Email Health
SPF and DKIM record checks to reduce the chance of your business emails going to spam.
Monthly Report
A written report at the end of each month — what was done, what was found, what to watch.
WhatsApp Support
Reach us on WhatsApp during working hours for quick questions, status checks, or change requests.
Content Updates
Minor text, image, price, or button edits — 1 to 2 per month on Basic, up to 5 on Business.
Who Needs Website Maintenance?
If your business depends on your website working properly, you need regular maintenance. These are some of the clients we work with every month.
Doctors & Clinics
Appointment forms, contact pages, and location details need to work at all times. A broken booking form can mean missed patients before you even realise the form is down.
eCommerce & Retail Stores
WooCommerce stores need regular updates, cart and checkout monitoring, and daily backups. One bad update can take your store offline during a sale.
Service Businesses Running Ads
Consultants, lawyers, architects, and agencies sending Google Ads traffic need fast landing pages that load under 3 seconds and have working lead forms.
Coaches & Online Educators
Websites with booking pages, course sales, or payment integrations need uptime monitoring and consistent form testing.
Real Estate Agents
Property listing sites with lead enquiry forms need their capture working every day. A broken form means missed buyers or tenants.
Restaurants & Food Businesses
Menu pages, order links, table booking forms, and Google Maps embeds need regular checks, especially on mobile.
Our Monthly Maintenance Process
Every month, we follow the same structured process for every maintenance client — no skipped steps, no rushed updates.
Monthly Review
We check your website at the start of the month — plugin versions, speed scores, SSL status, uptime log, and whether all forms and key links are working correctly.
Backup & Update
We take a complete backup first, then apply WordPress core, plugin, and theme updates. After updating, we check that the website still loads and functions correctly.
Ongoing Monitoring
Uptime monitoring stays active throughout the month. If your website goes down at any point, we are notified and we investigate immediately.
Report & Support
At month end, we send you a clear written report showing exactly what was done. You can contact us on WhatsApp or email anytime with questions or small change requests.
Website Maintenance Plans
Our maintenance plans start from ₹2,999 per month for the Basic Care plan. We have three plans — Basic, Business, and Growth — designed for different types of websites and different levels of support needed.
Final pricing depends on your website's size, number of plugins, hosting environment, and specific requirements. We confirm the exact plan and price before we start — no surprises.
Website Maintenance Questions
Common questions from Indian business owners before working with us.
We cover WordPress core, plugin, and theme updates (with a backup taken before each), weekly or daily backups depending on plan, uptime monitoring, form and link testing, a monthly Google PageSpeed check, business email health review, and a written monthly report. You also get WhatsApp and email support during working hours.
We take a full backup before every update without exception. If something breaks after an update, we restore immediately from that backup and investigate the plugin or theme conflict before trying again. You don't need to worry about chasing a developer to fix the mess.
Hosting support typically handles server-level issues — if the server goes down, they help. They do not monitor your WordPress installation, check for outdated plugins, test your contact forms, or send you monthly reports. We handle the WordPress layer, which is where most small business website problems actually happen.
Yes. We work with websites hosted anywhere — shared hosting, cloud hosting, or managed WordPress hosting like Cloudways or WP Engine. We just need WordPress admin access and, for some tasks, hosting cPanel or SFTP access.
No. Our plans are month-to-month. You can cancel with 7 days' notice before your next billing date with no cancellation fee.
Minor text, image, price, or button updates are included depending on your plan (1–2 per month on Basic, up to 5 on Business, unlimited minor edits on Growth). Large redesigns or new page builds are quoted separately.
Currently we specialise in WordPress. If your website is on another platform, contact us and we'll discuss what's possible.
